Little Rascals

Because a child’s first early experiences are so crucial to development this comprehensive curriculum follows all Ohio’s Toddler Guidelines. These guidelines include six developmental domains: physical health, emotional development, social development, motor development, language and communication development, and cognitive development. Each daily topic is divided into activities and experiences that support all areas of development. By involving children in these developmentally appropriate activities, we are able to see and guide each child’s growth and development.

Our Little Rascal’s Program is based on our belief that older toddlers learn best by doing. Our program provides age-specific activities that promote emotional, intellectual, social and physical growth. Our program is also based on our belief that in order for children to be successful there must be a parent-teacher partnership. We make every effort to keep you informed of your child’s achievements. In order to integrate some of the school activities with home activities, we will send home a monthly curriculum guideline. Our curriculum is divided into year long monthly themes. We highly encourage parents to work on the topics discussed at school with your child to complete our parent-teacher partnership.
