It’s also an atmosphere where children are discovering themselves and the world around them. The Houghton Mifflin Curriculum focuses on high-quality literature and child-centered themes that make up the core of this comprehensive hands-on curriculum. It follows all Ohio Early Learning Content standards. Our program is also based on our belief that in order for children to be successful there must be a parent teacher partnership. We make every effort to keep you informed on your child’s achievements. In order to integrate some of the school activities with home activities we will send home a monthly curriculum guideline. We highly encourage parents to work on topics discussed at school with your child to complete our parentteacher partnership. The following contains the overall goals which provide the framework for the developments of the children enrolled in our Explorers Program.
